My name is Nicole Lewis and I help couples who are stuck in a cycle of arguing and feeling disconnected learn how to better communicate and heal from past hurts. I want to help couples strengthen their bond and connection so couples feel safe to be open and expressive with feelings and emotions. Being able to share our pain with our partner is the best way to heal and move forward together in the relationship.
I know it can feel scary to share what is happening deep down in our gut with each other, but I promise to help you both be able to share in a way where you can be heard, understood, and validated. Strong emotion comes up for good reason and I will help you be able to share in a way that lowers our defenses towards each other.
Part of what blocks us from from being able to share with each other is the negative cycle that we get stuck in. It may look like one person has so much to say and the other person just stays quiet. I know that each is hurting in their own way….although I know what meets the eye is that our partner just doesn’t care or doesn’t understand. However, I always trust and believe that there is more happening behind the scenes and I strive to help partners learn, understand, and share that part of their experience.

I want to help you both feel understood and important to one another. There is something so powerful about being understood and being able to really share what is on our heart. I would love to be able to help you feel closer, more connected, secure, and open with one another so we can trust that the bond between us is a safe place to turn.
