I know investing in therapy can feel very overwhelming and is a financial investment BUT your also healing emotionally. Imagine what it would be like to have a healthy and happier relationship. That investment sounds worth it!
Don’t wait and hope that things will change. I can assure you the feelings you feel now will only intensify and create more stress within yourself and your relationship.

Rates
Couples Session-$200. My sessions are 60 minutes long and typically I see couples weekly – In person or virtually.

I also offer extended sessions. 90 minutes or 2 hours. When working with couples…there is a lot happening. 2 people in the room, 2 people with different emotions and triggers, 2 different people with tender spots and pockets of pain. Trying to process through all of that and help create a reparative experience is a lot to squeeze into 1 hour. So often times, couples want to have more time.

90 minute session: $300

120 minute session: $450

*I DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE, but am considered an out of network provider. What does this mean? You can call your insurance and ask them if they offer out of network benefits to see if any of your sessions can be reimbursed. If this is something your insurance company does, let me know and I will provide you with a superbill to submit!
